I learned that healthy adults consume plenty of protein, so I started consciously eating it from morning onward. Here's my usual recipe.
First, coat Nakamura Douki's Tamagoyaki Pan L with olive oil. Slice the sausage with a Kitchen Spatter guard and add it directly to the pan. Once it's partially cooked, push the sausage to one side and make a fried egg. Season with salt and black pepper, then finish with soy sauce. The copper tamagoyaki pan has extremely high heat conductivity, so you can make a delicious fried egg with a crispy bottom in no time. And with a Kitchen Spatter, you don't even need a cutting board.
Once done, bring the whole pan to the table and enjoy it piping hot with rice. Add miso soup and natto, and your protein intake is perfectly covered.
