[My Real Lunch]

I put a lot of thought into my son's lunch box, considering things like color and nutritional balance, but when it comes to my own lunch, the reality is that it's a little embarrassing to show anyone. That said, there's a part of me that doesn't want to give up completely, so I do make a few small efforts to be a little more health-conscious.

Lately, I've been cutting back on caffeine, drinking herbal tea regularly, and carrying around unsalted nuts in my favorite Wadasuke Seisakusho Food Sample Container.
