I made chicken biryani for lunch. It was really delicious. The cilantro and lemon accentuated the flavor, and with the addition of cumin and salt, we finished 2 cups of rice in no time at all. I wondered if we should have had 3 cups. The recipe is easy to find online, so please give it a try.
