It's not so easy to find a desirable clay pot in the US. As I opened the package, I knew I found what I've been searching for. It's an unbeatable cooking pot for stewing chicken, beef and any kinds of slow-cooking dishes, as it offers the perfect texture and aroma that just can't be matched by any other types of pots. BTW, despite its high quality, it should still be carefully maintained at the very beginning to prevent from cracking.
