[Peeler for One-Pot Dishes]

On cold nights, "nabe" (one-pot dish) is delicious. One of the best things about nabe dishes is that you can eat a lot of vegetables. I have been using this peeler from Yoshita Handi-Design Studio a lot lately.

You can prepare carrot slices quickly by simply rotating the carrots and slicing them lengthwise into long, thin slices. When the other ingredients such as pork, Chinese cabbage, white onion, and shimeji mushrooms are cooked, add the carrot slices and grated onion, and your "mizore nabe" is ready.

Of course, sliced carrots are also delicious as a salad with dressing. Before you know it, you may have eaten a whole carrot. Try it on days when you want to eat a lot of vegetables.
