This is a paella-like cooked rice I made the other day. In a fish pan, olive oil is drawn, garlic, squid, and vegetables are sauteed, consommé and salt and pepper are seasoned, rice is added and blended in, about the same amount of water as the cup of rice is added, and after boiling, the rice is covered and ready to serve in about 14 minutes. The rice was 2.5 cups. Please try it!
