[How to Make a Good Highball]
We would like to introduce how to make a delicious "whisky and soda," which in Japan we have the custom of calling it a "highball." Fill the glass to the brim with ice, chill the whisky and the glass well, pour in the soda water a little at a time so that it does not hit the ice, and finally use a muddler to lift the ice from the bottom just once.
