Beaver Bread is a bakery that opened in 2017 in Higashi Nihonbashi, a district lined with wholesale stores.

The combination of the dough, which is packed with flavor, and the carefully selected ingredients is superb, and the more you bite into it, the more delicious it becomes.

The owner-chef, who is also the founder of the company, worked as a chef at Bigot and at a boulangerie in Ginza. This bread is a must-try for those who like Bigot and German hard bread, as there are fans who say that "everything is delicious" and "I want to eat it every day."

On weekends, people tend to line up, so the best time to visit is during the early afternoon on weekdays when it is free.

It is located 16 minutes by train or 35 minutes on foot from our Ginza Showroom, so why not take a stroll and stretch your legs?
