[Potato Salad Made with Thin Julienne Peeler]

A staff member from Xian taught us how to make potato salad. Originally, it was a dish from the northwest region of China, but now it has been introduced on the Internet and spread all over China, where it is eaten as a home-style dish.

Yoshita Handi-Design Studio's Thin Julienne Peeler can be used to make crispy salads as thin as somen noodles. You can double the flavor by adding homemade raayu. It's easy to make, so please give it a try.

"Ingredients for 2 persons"
2 potatoes
A pinch of salt
1 clove garlic (grated)
A pinch of green onions
A pinch of chili oil

"Instructions"
Peel potatoes and cut into strips with the Thin Julienne Peeler.
Put them in boiling water, pull them out immediately and drain them well in a colander.
Mix in grated garlic, sliced green onions, and salt.
Pour raayu over the mixture.
