Honda Miso Honten, the father of Saikyo Miso, is 15 minutes away from Shokunin.com's head office on foot. We visited thereafter we’ve gone outside for the first time in a while to walk around Shokoku-ji Temple and Kyoto Imperial Palace, and we made grilled pork marinated with Saikyo Miso after we returned to our head office. The elegant sweetness of shiro-miso makes the pork more delicious. We should thank the effort and knowledge put by the pioneers. Please give it a try.
