It is faintly greenish and very elegant color. Shiga prefecture is famous for making fans (especially structures) for over 300 years. They are producing about 90% of all Japanese fan structures. There are 34 steps in order to make one. Each of the steps is done by a skilled craftsman. When these structures are made, they are shipped to Kyoto or within Shiga and put paper on them, then become fans.
