[Azmaya's Cheese Knife]
Made by carefully inclosing a double-edged blade made of stainless steel in between a handle made of brass. As to maintain its cutting quality, high-quality stainless steel exclusively used for knives is used, which is firstly burned to increase its hardness and repetitively sharpened to realize a smooth cutting quality.
The luster on the brass handle calms down and changes its color into a deep and soft caramel brown through use.
